A boat ride

I have been on several boat rides right from childhood. The excitement of getting in and out cannot be explained apart from the ride itself The last was when we were in Jabalpur in India We were in the Narmada river and the boat was loaded We were in a group enjoying the package hoiday. One from the group got up and wanted to exchange places with her husband as the sun was affecting her and that tilted the boat. You can imagine the fright we went through Her husband got angry with her and just at that moment the boatman reminded us that there were crocodiles in the river. I had no peace until we got back ashore

That's an incredible scary moment I can imagine. Once you sit at a place in a boat that's it you cannot change your place the boat can roll over. I had same kind of experience but there were no corcs.

Well, I live near the Caribbean coast. I've had some experiences with boats, but most of them were good.However, what a big scare, I don't want to imagine that there were crocodiles waiting for me to fall, you were very lucky today

It sure was we were there to look at the soft marble rocks that were skirting the river but never appreciated it out of fear
