Final Decision

Today I'm very very tired. Completely exhausted. It is my study time now. But I'm not feeling like studying tonight. I want to fall on my bed and go asleep. But someone or something in my heart is warning me against it. It is saying, " Don't give up.Go ahead with your rountine.Otherwise giving in to your tiredness would become your habit." My final decision is I will study as I do everyday.

Recently, I was doing an Online training for 2 weeks. Attending 3 to 4 hours classes every day in the evening after a number of hectic days can be very tricky. At times, I felt very tired. Normally I might even have tried to avoid a few sessions. Yet I persisted and it helped a lot. Have a great study time !

Thank you. That's what I have been doing. I f ollow the principle, don't give in to your desires. Concentrate on your aim. I do a lot keep myself healthy and I'm completely ok now. I everyday walk 10 kms up and as many kms down. Back home I do yoga and pranayams along with some sit ups and push ups. Now I want to train my mind.

@Shivram59 I wish I can figure out time to do more physical activity. I do well in Winters (except extreme) but it can be a bit tough in summers. Plus my hours sitting job and hectic schedule means things can be hard for doing more physical activity.

@Shivram59 That is a good bit. Today I got to walk a lot for some work. While I was teaching one of my kids, I was feeling very lethargic. Now, I am feeling better.

You do need to study but sometimes you have to listen to your body too. It will tell you if it is tired and needs time to rest. It’s not a weakness.

@Shivram59 it won’t be a habit if you don’t let it. Once in a while is ok. A one hour nap one day will do great things for your health and your business will not crumble.

@Traceyjayne You are absolutely right. Our body needs some rest. I don't sleep or rest in daytime. Everyday I walk 10 kms up and as many kms down.Backhome I do yoga and breathing exercises. Along with it some sit ups and push ups.Thereafter I take a rest and then do my business. I study Sanskrit at night when nobody disturbs me. This I do only for 45 minutes. I want to train my mind also. Is 45 minutes too long a time?? I hope you understand.

Thank you. Actually I'm afraid it would become my habit. And if that happens, it would be the worst day in my life. I like to work as hard as hard as I can. This is how I got a job and am now have my own business. However I agree with you. I'll ponder over it. Thanks again.....and again.

Thank you. Despite being too much tired I studied and after a few minutes my tiredness was gone.
