Made from gelatin jujips are a sweet delight It seems easy to make but it needs precision - just the right amount of sugar, right amount of heat and the right time when to cut it and dip them in sugar
I got it right just once and all my other attempts were failures For some reson the sugar in which the jujips were rolled would melt.
I still do not know why it happened that way

I’m not sure how it’s made, but this reminds me of those fun times eating it with friends while playing. It’s evolved now into something like gummy bears, and they’ve even turned it into medicine. I’ve seen many add vitamins or medicine to make it more appealing for kids and adults who dislike swallowing pills or capsules, turning it into a chewable option with the medicine inside.

Gelatin is good both for nails and hair. I did not know they even made use of this for making medicines palatable for kids.

@allknowing Yeah, my wife is taking meds/supplements, but instead of tablets or capsules, which can sometimes be hard to swallow, they are in the form of gummy bears that are easier to chew and swallow.
