For someone who has had the occasion to get in and out of planes countless times having taken foreign package holiday tours what is so fascinating posting an image of an aeroplane?
It was fascinating for me when as a child we were taken on an excursion to an airport miles away. We were given permission to go to the terrace of that building from where we could watch the landing of the plane and also have a close look at it
We then came down and met the Pilot who explained a bit about the plane Little did I ever imagine a day will come when I would be going in and out of planes so many times
There is a first time for everything

When I was young, my father took me to an airport, and I was amazed by the planes. Despite the noise, it was a wonderful experience to watch them come and go. Many years passed until I reached adulthood and started working, when I had my first flight experience. It was for work, heading to the head office, and we were required to report there immediately, so we had to take a plane. I’ll never forget it because we got stuck in the air and almost had to return to our airport due to bad weather at the destination. Thankfully, we landed safely after hovering for minutes, waiting for an opportunity to land. Now that I’m retired, I occasionally fly for leisure.

@allknowing That was funny—I never pretended, which is why my boss was somewhat amused to see me so tense about flying for the first time.
