Arepa Cabimera

I'm telling you that for dinner today I decided to make Cabimera arepas. First, place the arepa on the plate. It's like a kind of bread, but it's not bread; it's made with corn flour.And it is cut into cubes then previously sautéed shredded meat is placed on top, then comes a layer of carrot and cabbage salad then some slices of smoked ham are placed on top and other slices White cheese. Finally, slices of hard-boiled egg are added, and a lot of hard cheese is grated to finish it off.Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and avocado slices. I know the combination might be a bit unusual for some, but the result is extraordinarily irresistible. I hope your dinner is also irresistible. The photo is courtesy of a WhatsApp friend.

Yes, that's right, although it's quite heavy because of the proteins and the sauces, but it really is succulent.
