when we got up, George wanted to get our erronds done. I still have a lot to do and I feel like we're on brrowed time. It's stressful, and exhausting but we're getting it done. George is all kind of confused, because he can't keep streight what's going on. He stopped writing things down, or doing much of anything, since the stroke. It's been up to me to do everything we need to do.
Sometimes that means asking him to take me places.
I find myself breaking down steps into one little easy to understand thing.

I have to catch up with your posts from the last week, I have had bronchitis and haven't been around.
I'm so sorry that things are so stressfull, but I know you guys can do this! I also know that everything falling on you is a lot of work as well.
If you ever need someone to talk to, I am around. Even if you just need to vent.

This isn't the first time I've had to get a new bank account or anything, but it's not easy. It's harder now, because George's more than a little bit confused. As I stated in my last post, I've had to lay out what I need to do in small stepps, so he fully understands what's actually going on.

I hope things get easier from here.

That sounds really heavy and exhausting, both physically and emotionally. It takes so much strength and patience to manage not only your own tasks but also support George while he’s still adjusting after his stroke.

I hope you got everything done today, will have a relaxing evening and be able to get sleep. My PC has the weather report and it keep saying expect light rain right now nothing is happening,

We've been theratened with rain, too. I could almost smell it looming nearby, but nothing yet. We had a few sprinkles while we were out, but nothing earth-shattering.

I know what you mean about everything falling on you. For almost 2 years I have had to make all the decisions and run the household. I hate being an adult all the time. lol
