Was 2006 a Good Year or Bad Year and Why?

Was 2006 a good or bad year for you? If it was good please explain what happened to make it so good. If it was bad for you please explain why.
2006 was not my best year at all! If it could go wrong it did. The cost of living went up, gasoline went up, groceries went up. My income did not go up, this due to sales being off in my company. So the financial struggle alone was bad.
I stopped smoking after 40 years, but I have had sinusitis 4 times and have been to the Dr. more this year than any other year of my life!I turned the BIG 50 which did not help my ego much. lol My body decided to get tired and old all in the same day. I have had several viruses this year, which I think is because I got old!
Nothing extraordianry wonderful has happened this year that comes to mind. But I plan on 2007 being the best year ever!

2006 was a pretty good year for once, have had some real doosies though in the past! Anything that happened was able to handle it so that is a good sign. Hope next year is just as good!

Each year has it's ups and downs. I try to be thanksful for what I have, and pray though the trials. 2006 has been another one of the trial times. I hope that 2007 will be better. Glad your 2006 was good.

This year it is very best for me. I am doing online jobs for 2 years but i didn't recieve any thing. If i recieve also i earned very very little amount like less than 50$ in 2005.
But in 2006 it increased to 10 times i earned 5000$ now.
In jan i recieved my first check of 200$. From then onwards my income is increasing only. Really it is very happy year for me.

Well I cannot say that this has been the worst year ever. Actually it has not been that bad. This year my twin sons were born. That was very memorable. My husband has actually worked steady all year and has not been laid of more than twice. So it has been a pretty good year.

i think 2006 was a good year for me in this year i completed my study and got a good job and also got my loving GF.

2006 is for me a good year i have around me all my friends and what it is very important to me i'm still with my girlfriend.Wish you the best and be happy

there was nothing special about 2006, it was just the same as every other year, notin to classify it as a bad or ood year, but all in all it was a good year!!!

i dont think 2006 was to good, as in Australia it is a drought for the farmers so it hit our family pretty hard. lets hop that 2007 will be better.

2006 was a bad year for me, there were times that i felt depressed because of financial problems and because of insecurity... this is the year that i wasn't able to use my own car because of my greed brother...

It was a mixed match year with all sorts of events in my life..I suffered some sad as well as happy moments of my life...
totaling all I can say that I had a fantasting year behind me and I am looking forward to 2007 assuming all things are just a past events.....

It had some big ups and downs for me. My mother had heart surgery and they lost her at one point. Thank God that she came back and made it through and did well after that. I am very thankful for that blessing so I can't complain about anything.

We have had some unexpected set backs, but I wouldn't call it "bad." I pray it will work out in the end.

It was good and bad, good that i could make some money, so finances were good but bad that i have not taken a single holiday, no break from the routine, but other wise i am grateful to god for taking good care of us in 2006

2006 was really chilled for me. met a bunch of new peeps at school we all chilled n it was good times. chilled alot got into college so i just hope next year i do good in college n meet some more peeps jus hav fun in life u kno.. of course gotat study hard too or we aint gona get anywhere in life zz
