Those of us in what is called the 'Third World' have often had unbalanced relationships with America.
There is 'Aid' but at a price; i.e. 'string loans' where a country is given credit to buy American products. This means we are loaned X dollars, have to use it to pay for American products, then repay the loan.
There is interference (usually called participation) in our political and cultural existence in which the CIA is deeply involved.
With Trump in the White House and his hatred of non-whites, his isolationist mentality, we will profit.
Firstly, most of us were 'invaded' by China decades ago. Their goods and 'services' swamp our markets. There are very few 'Made in America' goods, esp. when it comes to vehicles and electronics.
Secondly, being ignored is a good thing. Our politics, our culture is left alone. The U.S. isn't here demanding we move to this 'woke' mentality.
Thirdly, our production of locally made goods and trade with other countries escalates which is more than beneficial.
Fourthly, we get to watch the ridiculous performance without doing more than saying nothing publicly.
We watch Putin pull his strings, laughing. We know what Putin is doing and have predicted every game played.
We see China pretending that the tariffs will have any effect on their markets when the only ones to suffer will be the American buyers.
The tragedy is that so many African nations depended on American Aid, and now so many are dying. China will step in eventually. Russia has ceased the old 'Cold War' games where it offered Aid and scholarships as competition.
So although there are negatives to Trump's dictatorship in the US, there are also positives.

It going to work out for the rest of the world. The dependence on the US ends, the connection to other countries begin.
If you were in a supermarket in 1988 the place was jammed with US goods.
Today... not only few, but every product has an alternative. And the alternative is always cheaper.
Think of it like this...after WWII the US moved to superpower cause Europe was a mess, Asia was puttting itself together. Over the decades many countries continued to rely on the US.
Now, proved beyond proof, one can not rely on the US. Wise nations have being stepping away.. now those that had now will.
