Princess Diana was killed in the tragic car accident in Paris 28 years ago today. It was my last day of work at DTRA. My wonderful coworkers had taken me out for a goodbye lunch.  Where were you and what were you doing when you heard the news?

I was at home, still in bed. My Dad went to get the Sunday papers and I heard him say …..” I think we had better put the news on “. I went downstairs to find out what had happened. I was shocked. A few years ago The Mister and I went to Paris and walked past the hotel she was staying at and drove past the underpass where the accident happened. Very sad time.
