In himalayas the rice plantations are different

The rice plantations are different in the himalayas. In the plains the heavy watering stands as they are in one height. In the himalayas the rice plantations are grown by cutting terraces. So they are grown in in slopes. The varieties of rice are different. There are red rice also grown in addition to white rice.

Here in Venezuela rice is also grown but not everywhere. The truth is that I have never had the opportunity to see a rice crop but it must be very beautiful, especially the red rice. I have never seen it.It must be an exotic variety and I imagine that as the flavor changes too
