With the availability of Internet there are countless sources from where we can learn Of those sources YouTube has so much we can learn from on every topic under the sun To giver you an example I learnt to preserve coriander leaves in the fridge for days on end Earllier they used to rot in a couple of days You just need to add a bit of sugar in the water in which the leaves (the stems) are placled. Anything you can share?

That's a nice tip for preserving coriander. Same way you can store green chillies for a long time. Simply take out their stems, and clean and dry the chillies, put them in a jar with paper napkins under and over them. Basically cover them with dry paper napkins, this way they'll remain fresh for a longer time in your fridge.

I think that you can add coriander in a dish. I hope that my opinion is right.
