The current GST and the rates prevailing until today ought not to have been introduced in the first place. We have been crying hoarse for the last 8 years against the design and rates of GST, but our pleas fell on deaf years.When Narendra Modi infront of public to introduce GST , That day he said GST Will be so beneficial for all sections of society ,only luxurious goods will attract more tax and Dialy essentials come down with least prices than in old regime...But it is false.GST eventually raised all prices compared to old tax regime. The GST rationalisation and the reduction in rates on a particular range of goods and services are Welcome but 8 years LATE. Middle class household savings have been falling down since 8 years. What made him to this reform Mr.Trump and his tariffs? Or Bihar Elections? I don't feel thankful as they knew when to cut off and when to raise
