Misti doi tastes so good

On one of my package holidays we spent a day in Kolkotta and there we got to taste Misti Doi and spciality of West Bengal
It is sweet curds (yoghurt) but the sugar is caramelized giving the curds a brownish colour. It is served in clay pots.
I eat curds everyday adding honey and wonder if what I eat is healthier - just saying.
