How much Rain

Like, 2 days ago, a rain alert was declared in the whole of Uttarakhand, but yesterday there was light rain from the day but yesterday, the speed of rain has increased slightly from the whole night, now it seems a bit strange to not know what is going to happen. Have been cold again we had to take sweater and quilt at night

Yeah. During these days, there might be too much of cold in Uttarakhand. Right? Or is it during the year end period?
