My signature dish

I have not tasted nor seen anyone else making this dish It is my date and walnut cake. I bake it every Christmas but could not last year as I was too busy planning that party for kids But this time I will not miss making it I do not refer to the recipe as I know how much each of the ingreidents I need to use I also know that I should remember to put one extra egg as the eggs we get these days are small in size What is your signature dish?

I haven't made one like that. My signature cake would be the chocolate moist cake

I wish I had a signature dish of my own too. I just love eating but not cooking, lol. That signature dish of yours sounds delicious when it's done. Hope everyone who tastes your cake enjoys it and feels satisfied on Christmas Day!.

It used to be slightly dry and then after adding one more egg it got its moisture
