Praying is a deeply personal and spiritual practice that offers many emotional, mental, and even physical benefits. For many, prayer provides a sense of connection; whether to God, a higher power, or simply their inner self.
It can bring comfort during difficult times, reduce stress, and promote a sense of peace and clarity. Regular prayer encourages mindfulness and gratitude, helping people focus on what truly matters. It can also foster hope and resilience, especially during challenging moments.
Whether done in silence, aloud, or through written words, prayer can be a powerful tool for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
Do you pray? What are your thoughts on this?

I pray just about every day for people here that ask for prayers and also for my husband's soul.

I do, but not routinely. I will always pray though when people ask for prayers.

I believe that prayer is done in many ways. A simple breah in and out can become a prayer for as long as you are conscious about it. I watched in one videos that in just breathing we call out the name of God “Yah” breath in and “weh” breath out so we can say that in every single breath we start to pray and mention his name.
