There in no one on earth I am sure will ever say they do not like music
Some like only instrumentals, and some choose their own genre of which there is a big list.
Some go for certain singers, oldies and modern
I belong to the old school and go for singers such as Jim Reeves, Connie Francis, Engelbert.......
What is your choice?

I like the artist I grew up listening to from the birth of rock and roll, Disco and Dance music as well as my late parents generation of Big Band music.

@allknowing Not as old as those you mentioned, but not all modern and not all alive. The French and Italian ones aren’t widely known in the English speaking world.

You had me at Jim Reeves. 
He’s always been my favorite singer.
I have been listening to jazz a lot lately, but. I’ll listen to anything once. TWICE is another story. 
My favorites are old country (1922 - 1967 or so) and rock and roll.

I like some classical music and also some northern English folk music. I like the melodious strains of music that penetrate my soul as if we are one with mother earth.
