I made a phone call, and the person I spoke to said that they needed a bunch of information that I had not given them about doctors I had seen and when, and I could email the information to them. So I went to the Health Center website, which thankfully keeps records of all my appointments and who they were with and what I was there for. I copied things off of there as far back as April, as I could not remember how far back she said they needed the info, and put at the end that if they needed me to go further back, I would. Now, I need to get some cleaning done, though that will be after I possibly post something else. I hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
