I bought this belt online and paid quite a bit for it At the time I had ordered it I could conveniently wear it but now my waist does not let it fit me
I should have known that what I am eating is not right just by looking at my waist which means I eat more food that increases my fat content
It is time I take things seriously and eat that which helps me get back to my original self.
Peanuts are good healthwise but I think they add calories and then there are those all flour dumplings, honey, bread, dark chocolates, rice, ............all add to calories but they are healthy in other respects.
While they have other health properties what do I do to help reduce calories
I am confused

How do you maintain your waist?

I bend wherever necessary without seeking help.I wash clothes with foot and jog over them.I keep all domestic activities for body exercise. So that fat evenly maintained. But since two months I kept away all domestic works.within no time I'm sad to see light fat or water dispostion in belly area.I have to put it full stop immediately

You’re right—many “healthy” foods are still high in calories, so it’s really about balance and portion control. A few tips I got online:
1. Keep portions small (a handful of peanuts, half a cup of rice, a few squares of chocolate).
2. Load up on veggies and high-fiber foods to feel full with fewer calories.
3. Include lean protein (fish, eggs, beans) to control appetite.
4. Cut back on liquid calories—water is best.
5. Move a little daily—walking or light exercise helps keep your waist in check.
It’s not about cutting out favorites but enjoying them in moderation.

@allknowing Well, I’d say I’m guilty of this too. That’s why I’m scheduling my physical exam for next week.

I totally get how you feel. it’s so easy for our waistlines to change when we’re not paying attention to what we eat. You’re right, a lot of those foods are healthy in some ways, but the portions can make a big difference. What really helps is balance—smaller servings, more veggies, and regular movement. I try to keep active and watch portions rather than cutting out all the foods I enjoy. That way, I can still eat what I like without feeling too restricted.

I have a waistline of 27 ever since I was in Senior High School and now I have my 2nd job and is already 26 years old and still has it. I do 10 minute waist exercise online and drink lemon water since it helps with gut health, including good digestion --- it's safe as long as you're not acidic or doesn't have acid reflux.
