Closing One Door

When I finally decided to resign from my job, it was not an easy choice. I felt a mixture of emotions. There was sadness because I had to leave the people I worked with, and at the same time, there was fear of what would come next.
During my last days, I couldn’t help but remember the experiences I gained, both good and challenging. Those moments shaped me and taught me lessons that I will carry with me wherever I go.
In the end, I also felt relief, knowing that I made the decision that was best for me at this time. I believe that resigning is not the end but the beginning of a new chapter where I can grow more, both personally and professionally.

You must have a valid reason to resign. It's not an easy decision to make.

At first, I thought I would be so happy once I resigned. But when the time came to say goodbye to my colleagues and students, I realized how sad it actually was.

@annierose Fully understandable and relatable. Over years of working together, we develop bonds and friendships. It is not easy to let it go

@arunima25 Aside from the unfair and burdensome system, I want to settle down because I feel it’s time to start a new chapter in my life. I’m not getting any younger, and I want to spend the years ahead building something meaningful.
