In military camps in hills once there are landslides immediately roads are constructed

At the big heights the military camps. In the hills landslides are common. The India China border military camp is at a height 13000 feet. It is very cold there. Whenever the landslides are caused immediately the roads are reconstructed.

Are these areas near Tawang?
Strategic areas are of high importance and hence repairs and rectifications are done faster there.
Are these videos from some years back?
