I got a response from the Company representative who sent his assitant over to our house along with the Pharmacy guy
I spoke to them at length about the size of the container and why they should use such a big container for contents that are just about 200 gms I also spoke about the dry fruits that one hardly finds in there and for which the price is high
They gave me a good number of samples to make good the lack of dry fruits in the pack. that I had bought
I told them they should discontinue the product that has dry fruits in it as one can always buy dry fruits separately and only buy the B protin powder
I have asked them to let me know what action they will take

They intend to make profit over their products. They reduce their cost production accordingly. How can we expect complete health benefits out of them. What is available in cheaper prices that ingrediant will be mixed in more number.I had experience with it.
So I used to prepare my own protein source at home .

I use six varieties of dry nuts for protein powder (almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, magaj seeds, pumpkin seeds)
They have high protein and low carbs.
I add some dry dates for sweetness
Besides I also prepare two types of powders for having them as evening snacks.
1. peanut powder I mix it with jaggery for sweetness and make round balls immediatly after grinding them.If it cools down balls cannot be made and we can't take powder as a snack..this peanut ball also serves a good nutrition which I require per day.
2.Til powder , white til /sesame with jaggery same as peanut ball. It is yummy and my favourite.

Peanut chikki is tastier than peanut powder ball. But I have dental and digestion issues. So I made it into a fine powder which do not have pressure of biting on my teeth and powder form digests easily as well.So I am going with that for my comfort.
