Is intelligence related to memory?

There are numerous applications of working memory in the field, ranging from increasing our understanding to helping improve teaching methods to creating artificial intelligence based on the human brain. This like 'Ram' in our system. This is also called working memory. But the original knowledge is like hard disc is also part of mind is based on IQ of particular person. It varies man to man & woman to woman.
