Sun is Keeping Me From Medicating

After the morning I had I was finally able to medicate a little bit to help myself but no where near the dose I need due to the sun being high in the sky and there being nothing to provide shade for me. I felt like I was burning to a crisp. I usually sit in my front stoop while I medicate but the Sun shines on the front of our apartment for as long as the sun is in the sky and not just setting or rising. I'm praying that it hits the part of the sky where its starting to hid behind the building across the street so I am at least completely covered in shade if I am sitting on my stoop. I don't know if anyone else uses the same meds I do to be able to ask where is your favorite place to medicate. Because my current form of medication is herbal and smells VERY strong. With kids in the house and rental companies prohibition of medicating indoors, I am only left with sitting in front of my front door to medicate. If my kids were not home with me then I could go to my car and sit there more comfortably.

It doesn’t matter where I take my medication, but my thyroid medication does say to stay out of the sun. During the summer that’s not hard for me since it’s always so stinking hot here.

I'm ready for fall weather already. Or i will invest in one of those singular seat tents they make for kids sports games for the parents.
