Will Charlie Kirk be the American fascists' own Horst Wessel?

It seems that every nutcase statist political movement needs a martyr, especially those - like the current regime in America - that don't have anything approaching an inspiring ideology. By taking advantage of the death of one of their own, building them up to be some kind of hero, and saying they were murdered by whatever enemy group the leaders have set up for their followers to hate, it sets up a siege mentality, encourages blind obedience and provides and excuse to increase government repression. The Nazi Party's martyr was Horst Wessel, a local activist and party militia leader who was murdered by the Communists, in the days when the Reds and Nazis were vying for control of the streets of Berlin. Basically a casualty in a gang war. Wassel was a pretty despicable character, but the Nazis sanitised his image, made him a martyr and even made his song their anthem. I've thought for a while that the fascists who are currently running America need a martyr of their own. Since they've got no real ideology or plausible-sounding plan for the future to sell - just fear and hatred - that's all the more reason to get their own Horst Wessel. And lucky for the people who control Trump - if it was luck - the despicable fascist propagandist Charlie Kirk has been very publically murdered. Note how quick they were to blame the murder on trans people and Democrats. Obviously that line of attacks has stalled out a bit due to the current suspect apparently being a magat himself, one the crazier varieties. Whatevr the truth behind the shooting turns out to be, the scum behind Project 2025 will definitely be wanting a martyr of some kind. They may still be able to use Kirk if they're able to spin the current known facts. If not, they'll find another one. Maybe Trump himself when the decide that he's outlived his usefulness?
