Strong Urge to Cry

I'm overwhelmed with the urge to just bawl my eyes out. Just strong waves of sadness washing over me while tears well up in my eyes at the mere thought of heartbreak in any form. When this happens I have to throw myself into something devastating to get a nice cry out and relieve these emotions.

Sorry to know this that you are feeling sad.
I rarely cry ..not that I am not sad at times.

Everyone goes through this phase at some point in theri life and do you know crying is good.?
So cry away
