The Return of the Prodigal Suitcase

Okay, not really that dramatic. But you'll remember that about 3 months ago my suitcase was damaged coming home from Iceland I think and I made a Warranty Claim with the manufacturer of the suitcase because it was lifetime warranty. They wanted a ton of documentation, which I actually had, and they said they would send me a replacement suitcase but that their system was down and it might be 8-10 weeks. I followed up twice and never heard anything and had figured it was just never going to happen. Then the FedEx truck came to the house a while ago and delivered a brand new suitcase of the exact same make, model, and color that had been damaged/destroyed. Hooray for patience!
