Went for a walk...

...and while it's not blazing hot out there, it's on it's way.
I've got 1,284 steps so far.
I also have a question for fitness types--I posted about going to the gym yesterday, and I did reps with a five-pound weight. While I was walking, I noticed that my legs were hurting.
Me: "Huh? I was lifting that weight with my arms. "
I didn't do squats or anything--though I was sitting for the most part in the same position for half an hour. Maybe that was it?

I guess so, and I think whatever you do in there will make you a body soar because your body is adjusting to it. God bless.

It's already 8 in the evening here. I'm done with my walking routine from early morning and late in the afternoon. What I have isb11, 685 steps. And calorues burned is 173.
