Being in the attitude of gratitude makes us forget the challenges we have to face. Our mind is engaged in appeciating what we have been blessed with. And this attitude helps us maintain good health. Mind and body works in tandem Worrying does affect one's health In any case worrying does not help solve porblems. Time they say is a diffuser that reduces the intensity of any problem that one has to face Hope you are always in the attitude of gratitude.
