Fish and Omega 3

Mackeral is one such fish that contributes to Omega 3 that helps reduce tryglycerides, helping to increase the good cholesterol .
I have given up eating fish for years but take Seven Seas cod liver po; capsules every day These capsules contain vitamins and omega 3.
The other fish that has omega 3 are sardines and salmon. There are a few vegetables that contain omega 3 and surprisingly even algae has it This link tells you more

@jstory07 The only fish I know had Omega 3 is sardines macherals and salmon

I'm beginning to like eating fish which is a healthy meat. We have some fish oil capsule here but I don't want to try it

@allknowing I guess from food since I do eat occasional fish every now and then. I do not take supplements for now.
