Mackeral is one such fish that contributes to Omega 3 that helps reduce tryglycerides, helping to increase the good cholesterol . I have given up eating fish for years but take Seven Seas cod liver po; capsules every day These capsules contain vitamins and omega 3. The other fish that has omega 3 are sardines and salmon. There are a few vegetables that contain omega 3 and surprisingly even algae has it This link tells you more https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/323144#vegetarian-and-vegan

I'm beginning to like eating fish which is a healthy meat. We have some fish oil capsule here but I don't want to try it

I am not a fish person too.... But I do occasionally eat one especially if my wife cooks for our dinner/lunch.

I love salmon so much. The doctor said not to eat it more than two times a week though. It’s too expensive for me to buy often anyway.
