Healthy diet

We all want to remain healthy and try to eat the right kind of food But our tongue sometimes rules the roost and lets down our stomach
When it comes to me I am guilty of giving into my craving for sweets and that explains why I am a little over weight. The stomach is not happy about it
I tend to go more for supplements to make up for what I lose in my food.
What is your story?

I'm pre-diabetic which means I eat lots of rice or sweets. I love eating salty chips everyday and I think it's bad. I also can't help myself eating pork fats occasionally. Want to practice healthy eating

Even though I eat sweet stuff my sugar level is just 92 on fasting.
You need to take care. Do work on your diet

Yes, that's why I'm pre-diabetic too, based on my latest bloodwork. I try to avoid sweets in my diet for that reason. All the tasty foods seem to be unhealthy, while the ones that don't taste great are often considered good for you. Even fruits like ripe mangoes, grapes, and others can be questionable.

Sometimes it is hard to eat right when there is lots of goodies around to tempt you. But you are doing really good.
