I think I may have done something wrong at the gym Wednesday. 
I know according to what I've read that I wasn't using proper "form". 
Now I'm not sure I should go back today (Doing my best to use proper form) or not.
Otherwise, I am going to take photos of rings and get them ready for eBay.
Right now, I need to get breakfast and coffee.

Thank you! I called the Health Center (where I see my doctor), and someone is supposed to call me.
