I'm feeling better muscle-pain wise, so I think I'm going to try a half hour at the gym again tomorrow. This time, though, I am going to follow the directions about "form" that I've read online. Tomorrow I'll probably finish getting that ring that sold today ready to send out on Monday. "Good night" from here, and I will "see" you myLotters when it's tomorrow here in California!
