Time to Get Back in Shape

I have officially noticed that all of my progress in becoming fit is almost completely gone. At one point I was doing so amazingly and had made so much freaking progress. I now have to build up my endurance once again and stamina. I also gotta work my way back up in weights as well.
I know that this time around I am going to try and stick to set workouts. I used to use pre work out before all my work outs to help light that fire and help me to push through. Maybe I should consider taking pre work out again although I have heard that salt and honey are kind of like a natural pre work out so I may just try that today.
My main areas that I definitely wanna see a difference in is my arms, gut, butt, and legs. I don't have most of my equipment that I used to have and no gym membership anymore so I'll try to depend on more body centered workouts. I'm more than heavy enough to give my muscles a work out without additional equipment. I'm far from an expert so I do feel a bit intimidated trying to put workouts together that will work for what I want. I usually come up with a few ideas to help motivate me like prepping for zombie apocalypse or fear of not being strong enough to fight someone for my kids.
ANyone have any suggestions for working out? What are your favorite exercises? I'm open to all help when it comes to this.

All I do at my age is take a walk around my apartment. I don't do any exercise; my old bones don't want any. I feel better inside than out and have not been out all summer. Maybe this can help you.
