Self Care Makes a Difference

I learned that self care really does make such a difference at least to me. Back in 2023 I had decided I was going to pour love and care into myself after years of only really focusing on taking care of everyone else but myself. I started working out, doing daily routines for appearance and health, and I invested in things that brought me joy and peace. It was such a magical time that made me realize I never glowed or felt or looked as good as I did that year when I put the effort into taking care of myself. That was also the year I met my man who I think I wouldn't have been able to attract in my previous careless state. Lately I have been putting myself last once again and not investing time into myself anymore and I don't want to fall back into a life of misery. I need to get back to treating myself good so I can in turn feel and look great. I don't have the ability to get all the products and things I used to have but I will try to start with small things and work my way up back to where I once was. I cannot wait to start feeling good about myself once again. I'll start up my long baths, skin care, dressing to look good, exercising, and getting my self back into shape. Do you believe in self care? What do you do as part of your self care?
