Hot compress on dry eyes

@marguicha is also doing the same And this is when one wants a continuous ten minute session. I also read that one can dip the towel repeatedly in hot water as and when it gets cold Perhaps I will do it that way Has ti helped your husband? And does he do it every day?

@arunima25 Not a pleasant story Arunima Good you are takeing care of your husband He can ask for some warm water in the hotel he will be staing, surely when he is travelling What are the symptos of Glaucoma?

@allknowing My husband has glaucoma and dry eyes in his genes. My father in law lost complete vision in one eye and partial in other due to negligence and late diagnosis..And now, his elder sister is suffering the same in one of her eyes, she is 58. She too neglected it for a while. I made it very clear and was adamant that he goes for eye check up regularly..Three years back, he was diagnosed with glaucoma in one eye .With regular eye drops, we have arrested it there and it is not getting worse. I am giving him hot water twice for this dry eye. When he travels, he misses them.

Cover the compress? What is your compress?

@allknowing The compress is made of a soft wet fabric. And the towel is a lot bigger and thicker. So it lasts longer.

@marguicha I do the same but putting a warm towel on that I have not tried.

I thought Refresh Tears were excellent I used them for years but now they do not seem that effective.
