my little girl loves to dress up......

i mentioned in one of my earlier discussions that i recently helped my parents pack up and transfer residence. while we were packing, we unearthed old baby clothes, some wedding gowns, etc. in one old suitcase, i found the veil my mom used during her first communion. since it was still in good condition, i brought it home thinking my husband can copy it for the first communion in the school he is running. well, my daughter saw it and since then, the veil has been on her head, even when she's asleep. this girl of mine just loves to dress up in anything she finds! but that's okay because she gives us a lot of laughs when she does this.

i'm always on the lookout fro costumes and pretend dress ups coz she really loves this. sometimes, though, we rgue about it coz she wants to wear her costumes even to church. that's about the only time that i say no. then we argue! sigh!

Most children love to dress up. When my nieces came to visit us for the summer, my daughters dragged out their dance costumes and they all donned them and put on a show for us. They went through my closet and also got out my old dresses and had a blast.

That is cute. When I think all kids enjoy dressing up when they are little. My mother ran a nursery school for 15 years, and boys and girls alike would get into the dress-up bucket, and wea all the clothes. One father nearly climbed a wall when he showed up and saw his son in a pink dress. haha
