It's 9:07 by my computer clock, and I need to get to bed.
Tomorrow morning I want to head to the gym and try out one of the things the maintenance guy showed me. I'm thinking I'll alternate between that and the dumbbells.
I noticed that the shelf in the refrigerator that I thought I'd cleaned was still sticky, so I guess I'll have to try something else to clean it. 
Tomorrow's Wednesday, so Bible study at church tomorrow evening.
