I Am Blessed

I may not be rich in the terms of monetary wealth but when it comes to my family and friends, who really are family to me I am rich! My Friend V came by today with some plums from her tree and so we could talk, she’s got a surgery coming up in November and on October 19 it will be a year since her Mother passed away and still she worries that she is not doing enough to serve others! She doesn't realize just how impactful she has been her testimony has been!

I have heard that true happiness is based on having friends at home instead of being rich and lonely.

I feel the same way. I barely pay my bills, but I have so many people who love me, and most importantly, I have the Lord. I am blessed. Hopefully, your friend realizes how important she has been to people.

She’s going through a lot of health complications and feels bad for not being able to do much! But I did assure her she does plenty, and the Lord knows that too!
