More Rain

Another afternoon with light rain. It is so good for the plants to have that light rain...allows the earth to soak up the water. Didn't see Nutty today, but Buddy sure came out to eat. Blackie showed up and came inside the garage. He let me pet him for a while. I had to go inside, and he stayed in the garage with Tom. I heard Tom say "Go On Out of Here" a few minutes later. I asked Tom later on what happened...he said Blackie came in and walked to the back of the garage and went behind the dryer. He went and made him get out, and he said Blackie went out the back door and sat down on the patio. Tom was worried that he would sneak back in the garage, so he yelled at him to Go On. He thought Blackie might be trying to use the bathroom behind the dryer, but I think he was just looking for a safe place to take a nap. But we don't need him coming inside because we aren't suppose to have pets. Instead of throwing that other ear of corn out for the birds etc...I baked it and we had it for supper along with baked chicken, Green Beans, and Mashed Taters. But I left some kernels on my half and I will toss it out tomorrow to see what happens. Curious.
