Some jobs especially hotel jobs for waiters and waitresses , casual laborers don't usually pay well and on top of that the employers can deny workers their due at the end of the week.
Even though the jobs are too demanding, consume alot of a person's time, they still don't pay on Tim and as required.
It's unfair, unethical and painful. Is there a way of ensuring such jobs don't end up frustrating their workers?

You need to get labor laws passed to protect all workers

Pray, and do whatever you can to get the right job and resign from there.

That empolyers are really terrible, they look down on workers i think. The way i can think out is sign a bargain or contract before working, use contract to ensure labor's pay.

Some will never follow through the contract knowing employers are powerless and nothing can be done against them.
