Hello Everyone Few days back I went to my cousin's home. He has purchased new treadmill and I tried it out. I walked for around 15 minutes, it was good. But when I stopped walking I was feeling like dizziness !!! My cousin was saying it is normal. Well, I don't know because it was my first experience of treadmill. and I have never heard about it anywhere before. Is anyone experienced here? Is it normal? If yes what is the reason?

@akp100 When you walk or run on a treadmill, your body gets used to the motion of the moving belt. When you suddenly stop, your brain and inner ear are still expecting movement, causing a temporary dizzy or “floating” sensation.

Treadmills are great …exercise but inside so whatever the weather you still get fit. Sometimes if you are not used to them or are on them too long you will feel dizzy when you get off. If you use it regularly you will get more used to it and there will be no dizziness.

I guess that can be the reason and I am not used to of it. But I still wonder why we don't feel same on vehicle (two wheeler) and why on this.
