Rambling rose

I was reminded of rambling roses after reading a post on the song Rambling Rose.
We hadone such rose a beautiful creeper of white roses that adorned our garden while we were living in the city
My bro-in-law was house keeping when we went on a holidya and when we returned the vine was cut down and when asked he said he saw a reptile.
The vine was healthy and was yielding.
Just a memory that I wanted to share it with you

You didn't find any stems to start another 1?
I have a Peggy martin type rose plant
that I'm trying to grow pink flowers.

@allknowing so it should come back then
it may take a while cause of the shock of being
cut back like it was but leave it alone & water it.
