Restocking the First Aid Kit

I had a few standard over-the-counter medications in my Travel First Aid Kit that were expired, so I bought new ones yesterday. I also had to buy new bandages (Band Aids) because while they don't technically "expire" they lose their stickiness/adhesiveness after a while. The ones in my kit were probably 15+ years old. I guess I should set reminders on my calendar (phone) to check these things over-so-often so I don't forget. Right now I just do it when I think of it. I always travel with things like bandaids, pain patches, Tylenol, Tums, Immodium, etc. Do you keep a First Aid Kit?

That's good that you travel with first aid items. I have a ton of first aid items.

I have a human first aid kit, and a dog first aid kit. I actually got them to review, and then the dog first aid kit sounded like such a good idea, I kept it current. I mean, you can use some thing humans do on our pets, but not everything. Plus, they have some easier bandages to use on pets than the human kit had.
