Google and AI

Any search on Google will frist give you solutions by AI I marvel how a response is given in split seconds.
To what extent one can believe what AI provides is a question for which I would like answers.
As some of you know I have issues with a couple of blotches on my face and redness and swelling on the forehead. My doctor gave me AIR120 for 5 days. I have taken one tablet and see no results but AI tells me results should show within hours.
I have yet to get back to my doctor and discuss this but I wonder if AI knows what it says

AI is quite informative and easy to talk to since they can easily understand us in our natural language. But it’s accuracy is not a 100% accurate youll still need to verify it further. I usually use chatgpt then double check it with deepseek and gemini or co pilot ai to see if they will answer the same with chatgpt. If they deliver different results better consult with a reliable source.

@allknowing Not reliable can be too general because I am using it and they can be pretty accurate with me. I usually consult them before l go to the doctor and they pretty often say the same thing to me. When I got into trouble with my laptop it was them that guided me to restore my laptop back to normal again. So I wouldn’t say they are unreliable.

I would prefer to go to the doctor to have my health check up than to search answers on AI because this technology makes me wander what would the answer mean

You are right there. I did speak to my doctor and he said age and one's body are factors that influence the effect of some medicines.
