Good Monday morning, myLot!

It's 9:14 a.m., and still morning. This morning first thing, I went to catch the bus to go to the People's Services Center, as I received notice that EBT (Food Stamp) cards were changing, and I needed to get a new one before a certain time this month, as I would soon have an EBT card that did not work. I caught the bus to the PSC, and to my surprise I could walk right in, not stand in a long line. I was given a number, waited maybe five minutes at the most, and was called to a window. I told the lady what I was there for, she took my ID and my old card, and directed me around the corner from her window. The young man I spoke to there said he would "print it out", and sure enough, in about a minute I had a card with a chip. When I left, I just missed the bus, so I sat at the bus stop and read while waiting for the next one. Now I'm home, and having breakfast, after which I'll get coffee and do other things. At about 5 lines up as I was typing, I got a phone call from the Petaluma Health Center (where I see my doctor) about an on the phone appointment with a nutritionist, and while I was one the phone with her I asked about another referral I was given about a sleep study. I was given a number to call, which I'll do tomorrow, if not later today. Now I'm going to finish my breakfast and get coffee. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
