One time a while ago I went into Ross discount store looking for some shoes and I didn't have a lot of money. I found some Schetchers Rocker style shoes. I loved them! I wore them every day for 10 years!!!!!!!! Till they finally started waring down in the heals. They lasted a very long time, especially when I was wearing them daily!. When I went to buy a new pair of shoes I could not find any Rocker style shoes! So I had to get flat style ones. They began to hurt so much especially since I have Arthritis, Sciatica, Plantar Facitis and Restless Leg Syndrome. Plus we moved 8 months ago on a hill so it makes it worse for me to walk up and down! The past 7 years or so I have had this major chronic pain in the top of my right foot near my ankle. I went to a podiatrist and she needed to do a MRI that my insurance Medicaid) at the time would not pay for it, which is another crazy story. Recently it started hurting even more, so I went to a foot and ankle specialist that told me that my joint was inflamed. That means my Arthritis has set into my right foot as well as many other places on my body. Well cry or laugh, it is what it is, uncurable. I just have to deal with it! He gave me a brace and told me to get new shoes. He told me not to get the type of shoes that I had before to get one of the ones off this list and he check marked the ones he liked best. The brace hurt my foot worse and all the other shoes that he had checked were very expensive! I called back to the doctors office and explained how those shoes had helped me for ten years and to tell that doctor that. The receptionist/nurse told me that maybe that is what made my foot hurt. I had been wearing them for 10 years and never hurt then I got the flat shoes and was getting pain and diagnosed with RLS and Plantar Faciatis! ???????? I couldn't find the shoe I liked with the rocker style and wide toe space too. But I found ones by a different manufacturer! I put them on right away and went for a walk and sure I still have some pain especially in my hips from the Sciatica, some in my foot and knee from the Arthritis. But thank God I am walking better with not as much pain.

I'm glad you found a better shoe. I have many of the ailments that you have and I found the Propet Walker to be a good solution for me.

I love Skechers shoes! My sister just bought me a pair because she was concerned my shoes weren’t good enough to walk around Disneyland in November. I really appreciated it.

I was thinking about trying them. However I was told that they wouldn't be very supportive for my issues.
