Mini Vacation to Lee, Massachusetts

We were supposed to do this several times over the summer, but it kept falling through. But, this time, we were successful. We're staying at a Holiday Inn resort in what's basically a 2 bedroom condo. We usually cook while we're away because it's cheaper. That's what we did here. Brought meat for four days, including my chuck roast I hadn't had a chance to cook yet. Cooked it on top of the stove. It was perfect! This picture is the end result - on my plate. His looked the same. Two more nights and we go home.

Trying to. Pulled a muscle in my back somehow, so I'm hurting pretty bad right now. One more day before going home. Just trying to not move quickly or turn my upper body out of alignment to avoid the 'grab' that happens when I do. I think I did it getting in and out of bed. These beds are so high, I literally can't get into them without pulling myself up by holding on to the headboard. Once in, they're wonderfully comfy.
