Last of the pork & apple burgers …..

So for tonight’s tea I am having the last of the pork & apple burgers that I made a few weeks ago. I used apples from our garden tree. The burgers were delicious. I made four and had one that same evening and the other three went into the freezer. I think I have had one each week since making them. We still have apples on the tree ….just ….so I shall try, with the help of my Mom, to make some more maybe next week.
We are having home made fries ….cooked in the air fryer so just a spray of oil is all that is needed.
Fruit for pudding….if I have any room in my tummy.
What are you having for you meal today ?

We do like to make things confusing in this country. Ha ha
I will explain ….
We have breakfast
Dinner or lunch at the middle of the day
Dinner or tea around 5pm - 7pm
Supper just before we go to bed.
Some call mid day meal dinner others say lunch….its the same meal
Then
Some call evening meal dinner or tea ……it’s the same meal.
It very much depends on where you come from and in a way social standing ….
Years ago there used to be afternoon tea …..drinking cups of tea with sandwiches and cake ……folks don’t really do that anymore …..maybe just a cup of tea.
I know it’s confusing….one of our quirks !

My usual. Turkey and vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws and yogurt.
