80th Birthday and blueberry muffins

So today was my Dads cousins 80th Birthday ….i posted about that earlier…..tomorrow it’s Moms cousins 80th Birthday. Ken has Parkinson’s and wasn’t really up to a party …..they have a big family and it would just be too much for him. So what they have decided to do is keep things simple and just go out with folks for coffee and cake .Mom and I are going with them tomorrow. It’s hard to know what to get an 80year old and due to the Parkinson’s he has had to give up most of his hobbies ….. So Mom got him a huge bag of his favourite sweets and she spent this afternoon baking blueberry muffins for him. He will be able to share them with his wife Margaret over the next few days. Whenever they visit and Mom has baked these muffins Ken always has a second helping as they are his favourite.
